Thirteen Journeys later, we have taken over five-hundred amazing souls on a 1heart Journey. Each 1heart Journey brings together over forty high-performing entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and change-makers for an all-inclusive human accelerator designed to elevate your mind, body, and spirit. The Journey includes a one-week immersive retreat in Costa Rica, plus seven weeks of virtual preparation and integration. Each Journey integrates sacred ancient and modern modalities for intense personal growth, deeper life fulfillment, and re-alignment to our highest self. The results have far exceeded anything we could have imagined when we began. And our Journeys have attracted leaders from over twenty countries, and all swaths of industries and communities. As I look back on the five-hundred people who have joined our Journeys, I wanted to feel into what we have learned.
